The NSW Nationals in Government have invested heavily in improving regional telecommunications, which in conjunction with more Federal Government and private sector investment has reduced the number of mobile phone blackspots.
However, we are not content to wait for others to provide these important networks that can be a matter of life and death in the regions. That is why we have committed to eliminating mobile phone blackspots by delivering 100 per cent coverage in NSW.
The NSW Nationals in Government are investing $400 million to supercharge internet reliability and speed and significantly reduce mobile black spots in regional NSW. Our goal is to make NSW blackspot free.
