Hi, I’m Kimberly Hone
I’m the mother of three young girls and a small businesswoman. I’m a volunteer in our local community and a supporter of the vulnerable and disadvantaged.
I am passionate about supporting the family unit. Strong families mean strong communities, and I want to make a difference for everyone in our community.
Together we can get things done and make Richmond an even better place to live
I know what it means to serve a community. Working for communities has been my life’s work.
As I listen to locals, it is very clear there is a critical need for strong representation in Canberra. It is also clear this need is not being met.
Job security and housing affordability are critical issues. I will go into bat for the tourism and small business sectors, which are so important for the future of this great region.
My husband Wez and I started and still run a small business coaching firm, so we know what businesses need to grow, survive, and thrive. I have been there, and you know I’ll be there for you.
After 18 years, it’s time for a change in Richmond.
After 18 years, it’s time for a change in Richmond.
I’ve undertaken uniformed service with the Tweed SES, provided regular support in remote indigenous communities, and worked with agencies like the Department of Child Safety and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Every job I’ve held, and all the volunteering work I’ve done, has been centred around the family and the community.
My motivation is to live a life that helps others.
“Kimberly is incredibly smart and her priorities are Tweed priorities: families, vulnerable people, small business and the environment.”
