ANNETTE TURNER

BARWON

Only for the Barwon electorate.

My story isn’t that different from many people in the Far West.

I was born in Broken Hill and have raised my three children in White Cliffs on our family farm where I have lived with my husband for the last 42 years.

I’ve tried my hand at plenty of jobs – from camp cook to working on the local telephone exchange and later becoming a dental nurse, and I’ve worked hard alongside my husband Barry to make our property a success.

I know I can do this.

We’re bred tough out here and if I’ve learned anything in my lifetime, it’s that the best things are worth fighting for.

I’ll be fighting for:

      • better outcomes in rural health and the access we deserve

      • better connectivity for Barwon communities and businesses

      • continued investment in our roads and facilities

      • improved education and skills development

      • an economically viable future for agriculture

As I move across the region, I look forward to hearing what matters most to you – the people that make our community. Please contact me on email annette.turner@nswnationals.org.au or through my webpage below.

With your support I can really put regional people first, and make real change for you.

Contribute to the campaign and help me put regional people first
