Young Nats head to Lismore

Apr 11, 2018

Young Nats are getting together again this year, this time heading to the Northern Rivers town of Lismore to debate and discuss policy they hope to take to Annual General Conference in Cowra.

Young Nationals Conference is open to any NSW Nationals member under the age of 35 and provides a great opportunity for younger members to get involved with the Party and understand our grassroots policy process.

We encourage all branches and Electorate Councils to consider sponsoring a younger member in their region so they are able to attend.

Throughout the weekend delegates will put forward and discussion policy motions, compete over the hotly contested Miriam Hunt Debating Trophy, hear from guest speakers and, of course, have a great time with friends old and new at the various social functions.

The conference will be held at several locations across Lismore, beginning with Welcome Drinks on the evening of Friday the 25th May and conclude mid-morning on Sunday the 27th of May after the NSW Young Nationals Annual General Meeting.
