The Nationals show up every time

Over the course of the year the NSW Nationals make an effort to attend and support field days and shows across the state.

At the recent Tenterfield Show, Branch members and Parliamentarians alike came together to meet with locals and discuss issues that are important to them.

Branch Chairman, Mrs Val Gardiner, said the Tenterfield Show is always an important date on The Nationals calendar.

“The Nationals stand in the pavilion is a great way of spreading the Party’s message. We gave out dozens of bags full of flyers, note pads and other Party material," Mrs Gardiner said.

Locals lined up to speak with Member for Lismore Thomas George and Senator John Williams to chat about the issues most important to them.

Shows and field days are great way for branches to become more active in their communities; if there are any shows that members think we should be attending, please contact Alana at Head Office on (02) 9299 581.
