To everyone in our NSW National Party family, thank you. Many Nationals travelled from afar to Sydney last week to celebrate the end of 2015. Their familiar faces served as an important reminder to us all of how important those on the front line in the regions are.

On behalf of my colleagues, I’d like to thank every person in our NSW National Party family, from our dedicated and tenacious volunteers, to our campaigners and those who staff our offices. Thank you to everyone who has dedicated their time to our cause, whether that be manning booths, providing refreshments or answering phone calls. Without all of you the success of this year would not have happened.

Next year will be the year of delivery and execution, and I am thrilled the NSW Nationals are governing during a once-in-a-generation transformation of our state. Every Nationals member who stood for re-election was returned and that is a definite reflection of the hard-work of our teams that live and breathe regional communities.

We emerged with a clear mandate to put regional NSW back at the heart of Government. In supporting their Member of Parliament and their community, our staff and volunteers, in our regional offices work across every issue of government. They have increasing demands in a sometimes tough job, but they tackle the task with passion. There is more work to do and we will continue to rely on your spirit and drive. We have much to celebrate this year with the top performing regions, in the top performing economy in the country.

We could not have done it without the legends in our electorates.
