Southern Conference is less than two weeks away

It’s time to get excited about Southern Regional Conference!

In just under two weeks members from across Southern NSW will come together for a weekend of debating policy, listening to guest speakers and question time with MPs. Regional Conferences provide members the opportunity to discuss particular policy areas that are of interest to your region, while also determining the future direction for The Nationals locally.

The convener of the Conference, Bronnie Taylor MLC is excited to bring Southern Nationals members to Griffith to hear their thoughts:

“If you have concerns or ideas, you need to speak up and make your voice heard. The Nats are a team, we need to stand together. It is such an important time in the history of The Nationals and politics - and we need to make sure the voices of regional people are heard clearly and loudly in Macquarie Street and Canberra and we can’t do it without you.”

“It’s the first regional Conference in our neck of the woods in some years – Southern NSW has so much to offer, I hope to see you there.”

The conference kicks off at 9:00am on Saturday 18th March and tickets can be purchased for $20. As for dinner, it will be served at Exies Bagtown, with tickets available for $50 (members) and $100 (non-members).

Bagtown Motel has accommodation onsite and will provide Conference delegates with a discounted rate if you mention that you will be attending the Nationals Regional Conference. For bookings, call (02) 6962 7166.
