Service NSW one-stop shop for Cooma
Minister for Finance and Services Dominic Perrottet and the Member for Monaro John Barilaro have welcomed the decision to locate a Service NSW one-stop shop at Cooma, announced as part of the next round of new service centres to be rolled out in NSW.
“This announcement of more one-stop shops to be delivered in the next 18 months is great news for residents and businesses in NSW,” said Mr Perrottet.
“Since its launch in 2013, Service NSW has revolutionised customer service delivery with a new way of delivering services – online through www.service.nsw.gov.au and the new mobile app, through the 24/7 phone service on 13 77 88 and new one-stop shops with expanded trading hours.
“We have now successfully rolled out 26 Service NSW centres with more planned.”
Service NSW offers customers access to more than 800 government transactions including driver licences, vehicle registrations, Seniors Card applications, birth certificates, housing payments and more.
The Member for Monaro John Barilaro said a Service NSW one-stop shop would be a terrific boost for the people of Cooma and the Monaro.
“Carrying out multiple transactions in one place saves everyone time and money,” said Mr Barilaro.
“Customers have truly embraced Service NSW centres when they open for business in their communities as testified by high customer satisfaction scores.
“I look forward to bringing more news about the rollout of Service NSW to Cooma.”
