Service NSW One-Stop-Shop delivering convenience to Coffs Harbour
The Minister for Finance and Services Dominic Perrottet and Member for Coffs Harbour Andrew Fraser have congratulated the Coffs Harbour Service NSW team for serving more than 27,000 customers since commencing operations in May 2015.
The Minister officially opened the one-stop shop at Coffs Harbour and hailed its expanded services and extended hours a success.
“Customers now have access to more than 800 NSW government transactions at the one location, including driver licences, vehicle registrations, Seniors Card applications, owner builder permits and more,” Mr Perrottet said.
“In its first three months, the Centre has achieved a satisfaction rating of 97 per cent – an outstanding result for the Coffs Harbour team.”
“The Baird-Grant Government is proud to be delivering on our commitment to make transacting with government easier for the people of NSW, which is why we are also making it possible for customers to complete more and more transactions online.”
Mr Fraser described the Service NSW centre at Coffs Harbour as an exciting initiative for residents and businesses of the Mid North Coast.
“Carrying out multiple transactions in one place saves everyone time and money,” Mr Fraser said.
“The Centre’s manager is Larissa Kelly, and I know she and the Service NSW team will continue to provide excellent service to the residents and businesses of Coffs Harbour and the wider region.”
Coffs Harbour’s Service NSW Centre is located at 32 Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour (the former motor registry site) and opened in May, 2015. It offers extended hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12pm Saturdays.
