A bit of rain in the Northern Rivers earlier in the week made for a happy crowd at the 30th annual Primex Field Days, held from 18 - 20 June. Roughly 40,000 keen ag-thusiasts visited the beef capital of Casino to enjoy a range of stalls, each with their own 'steak' in the weekend's offerings.
The Nationals were in attendance amidst the ag services and stud cattle with a well-manned stall attended by volunteers and local MPs. The local Nationals Member for Clarence Chris Gulaptis was on hand to field questions and enquiries regarding the new Grafton bridge and gaol, while the Member for Lismore Thomas George travelled from his neck of the woods to chat to the many familiar and friendly faces on a variety of issues both beef and non-beef related.
Alana Black at Head Office has organised stalls at a number of upcoming local shows and field days across the State, so if you would like to get involved and help, or organise a booth at your local event please contact us on 02 9299 5811 or email Alana on firstname.lastname@example.org.
