Government first with Women’s Online Network

In partnership with the NSW Government, female entrepreneurs teamed up with industry leaders to create WON, an online platform designed to support women through their business journey providing a one-stop-shop to networking groups, resources, training and funding ventures.

The innovative platform is a fantastic space for business women, particularly those living in regional NSW, who are looking to improve their skills and ideas, and connect with like-minded females from across the state.

Member for Monaro and Minister for Regional Development, Skills and Small Business, John Barilaro is urging all business women, regardless of age, industry or experience, to join WON and share their knowledge, resources and business journey in a collaborative and supportive community.

“We are encouraging local business women to make the most of this information which is available to female entrepreneurs at any stage in their business careers, with a focus on learning, sharing ideas and helping other like-minded women reach their business goals,” Mr Barilaro said.

WON is an outcome from the Women in Entrepreneurship (WiE) initiative which was originally created to understand, discuss and breakdown small business barriers and aid female entrepreneurs with accessing information.
